Overview of Technical Committee
Project oversight is carried out by a Technical Committee. The Technical Committee is comprised of staff representatives from each of the jurisdictions within the study area as well as agencies within the region. The Technical Committee meets monthly and at key milestones throughout the study process to provide guidance, discuss interim results, and review draft products. Some of those milestones include the development of a Purpose and Need Statement and study goals and objectives; review of environmental analysis and conceptual engineering; ridership forecasting results; evaluation of alternatives; and the preparation of the Alternatives Analysis.
